Milo Powers Music

All in. All Metal.

Milo Powers is a bass powerhouse with razor-sharp skills on guitar and keyboard, building music that hits hard, moves with precision, and leaves room for atmosphere.

From crushing basslines and intricate guitar parts to moody textures and studio-built arrangements, Milo brings intensity to the stage and control to the recording process. His work spans live performance, writing, production, session playing, and genre-bending reinterpretations that stay true to the emotion of the original while pushing the sound somewhere heavier.

Built in live rooms, sharpened in the studio

Milo’s foundation is performance. He has spent years learning how to lock into a drummer, support a song, and push the energy of a room without losing control. That same instinct carries into his production work, where tone, arrangement, pacing, and atmosphere matter just as much as speed and force.

His playing is rooted in metal, but his range goes further. He enjoys putting together lofi versions of familiar songs, turning pop material into something darker and heavier, and building story-driven tracks that feel cinematic. That mix of musicianship and curiosity gives his work a distinct voice: aggressive when it needs to be, textured when it should breathe, and always deliberate.

Recent path

From school stages to deeper recording work

Milo has rocked stages with Room D, The Rotten Apples, and School of Rock, while also playing in the orchestra pit for high school musicals. That combination of amplified performance and ensemble discipline shows up in the way he plays and builds arrangements now.

In Fall 2025, he started at Belmont University’s College of Music and Performing Arts, studying music business and recording. That next step reflects where his focus already was: not just playing the part, but understanding the whole record, the whole show, and the whole story behind the music.
